
Catharine’s practice is focused primarily on construction litigation, particularly the representation of architects, engineers, and contractors in breach of contract, professional negligence, and tort claims. Prior to joining the firm, Catharine worked as an Associate Attorney in a specialty subrogation law firm handling matters in residential and commercial property subrogation claims. Prior to that, Catharine worked as an Associate Attorney for two Philadelphia law firms representing insurance companies in the areas of general liability, casualty defense, and mass torts. Prior to that, she worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Montgomery County and Luzerne County, Pennsylvania, where she gained valuable litigation and trial experience.
Catharine graduated from Penn Law in 2018. While attending Penn Law, she served as a Senior Editor for the Journal of Law and Social Change and was a certified legal intern for the Civil Practice Clinic and Criminal Defense Clinic, where she provided pro bono representation for indigent clients in civil and criminal matters. Catharine graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2015 with a B.A. in Criminology/Criminal Justice and Psychology.
