Brad’s practice is focused primarily on representing architects and engineers in construction litigation, including professional liability, breach of contract, products liability, and other tort claims. Prior to joining MMP&S, Brad spent 10 years as a litigator defending clients’ interests in various commercial and personal injury matters. Brad was named a Pennsylvania “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2019 and 2022, an honor that recognizes no more than 2.5% of attorneys in the state.
Brad was born and raised in Villanova, Pennsylvania and graduated from Radnor High School in 2005. He attended Penn State University, graduating with a B.A. in media law and policy in 2009. He then earned his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2012.
