Anne is licensed to practice before the courts in the State of New York and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Anne’s caseload includes Labor Law, commercial auto, independent contractor and vicarious liability, construction defect, property damage, breach of contract and toxic tort claims. She handles cases from inception through trial and appeal.
Anne has argued appeals before the First and Second Departments, and has briefed appeals to the New York State Court of Appeals. Anne has tried jury cases in the counties of New York, Queens and Kings, and has conducted bench trials in all five boroughs of New York City. Anne oversees the staffing of each matter and is involved in formulating each matter’s action plan, including whether to defend in litigation or arbitration. In this role, Anne has trained the junior attorneys regarding the defense of commercial auto matters, including issues involving independent contractor and vicarious liability, insurance coverage and contract interpretation.
Anne attended the University of Colorado, Boulder (B.A. and B.S., 2001) and later Brooklyn Law School (J.D., 2007). In between college and law school, she was selected to participate in Lockheed Martin’s Financial Leadership Program at its headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.
