Andrew F. Pisanelli

Andrew is an experienced trial lawyer who specializes in the defense of professional and general liability lawsuits. He began his career representing healthcare professionals and institutional clients in the defense of medical, psychiatric, dental, and nursing malpractice lawsuits. Since joining MMP&S in 2003, Andrew has taken his knowledge of medicine and applied it to the defense of personal injury and New York Labor Law claims involving contractors, commercial landlords, business owners, individual homeowners, automobile operators, and professionals. Andrew has tried dozens of cases resulting in defense verdicts in the State and Federal Courts of New York and Connecticut.

Andrew frequently lectures to industry groups, trade organizations, and claim departments about developments in the law, trial practice, and the use of technology in the courtroom.
