Amy’s practice focuses on negligence and personal injury claims, automobile accidents, premises and products liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death, and general liability claims. She has also handled numerous first-party Property claims and contract disputes.

Amy is a skilled trial attorney with extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, from case inception through trial. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, her experience helps her to effectively evaluate legal issues and assess all sides in a conflict and has made her an effective tactician who is keenly aware of her opposition’s priorities and challenges.

Amy received a J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL in 2010 after receiving a B.A. from the College of Charleston in Charleston, SC in 2006.  Amy is admitted to practice in Florida as well as before the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
