Alyssa L. Davis

Alyssa’s practice focuses on general casualty defense litigation, including construction site accidents, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction defects, products liability, and general negligence matters. 

Alyssa comes to MMP&S with a decade of substantive litigation experience, previously serving as in-house counsel for a large national insurance company and handling hundreds of active litigation cases from initial filing to trial, where she has served as lead trial counsel.  She was also responsible for the taking and defending of many dozens of depositions, key litigation events, court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations.  Most recently, she served as counsel in a commercial and construction litigation department of a large and well-respected law firm, handling complex and significant matters for a variety of corporate clients and businesses. 

Alyssa graduated with Honors from The George Washington University in 2009.  She received her J.D. from George Mason University Law School in 2013.  Alyssa is admitted to practice before the Courts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
