Alicia Z. Gross
Alicia’s practice is focused in the area of professional liability defense for claims brought against lawyers, architects, engineers, and other professionals. Alicia obtained her B.S. magna cum laude from Boston University and her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, where she was the Lead Articles Editor for the ILSA Law Journal. Alicia is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Alicia serves on the Professional Ethics Committee of the Florida Bar. She also serves as the Public Relations Director of the South Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association of Women Lawyers and sits on the Board of the Young Lawyers Section of the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. Alicia is proud to be the Co-Founder and Vice President of In Jacob’s Shoes, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charity formed in loving memory of her brother, Jacob S. Zweig.
The mission of In Jacob’s Shoes is to provide shoes, backpacks, school supplies and camp grants to children in need throughout South Florida. Alicia received the Leader in the Law Award from the Florida Association of Women Lawyers in 2019, and the Women of Worth Award from the Central Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce in 2018.
