Victoria Scaglione

Victoria’s practice is focused on Employment Practices Liability (EPL) insurance defense on behalf of employers and insurance carriers. She has experience litigating various issues related to labor and employment matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower, and wage and hour matters.

Victoria received her J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal. Victoria is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York, including the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
