Nathacha Bien-Aimé is an associate in our Miami, Florida office practicing in the areas of first-party property litigation, general liability, and trial practice. Ms. Bien-Aimé received her J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2018 and her undergraduate degree from Florida State University in 2014. In law school, Ms. Bien-Aimé served as the President of the Black Law Student Association and was published as a member of St. Thomas University’s Journal of Complex Litigation. After graduating law school, Ms. Bien-Aimé spent three years in the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, representing indigent clients in their criminal proceedings. Ms. Bien-Aimé represented hundreds of clients as a public defender in both the Juvenile Division and Felony Division. Ms. Bien-Aimé is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of Florida.
