Ivana’s practice focuses on general casualty defense and construction litigation. Ivana also has experience in commercial litigation, mechanics’ lien claims, and land use and zoning litigation.
Ivana graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she clerked for the Honorable Carol Sandra Moore Wells, U.S. Magistrate Judge, as part of the honors federal judicial clerkship program.
Prior to law school, she served as a program director for a nonprofit, developing an after-school and summer program for low-income children in Kensington, Philadelphia. Ivana also interned at the NYC Council and U.S. House of Representatives. Ivana received her bachelor’s degree from New York University where she was an Honors Scholar and Founders Award Recipient.
