Gabrielle P. Heffernan

Gabrielle’s practice is focused on the defense of personal injury claims, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents and New York Labor Law, general negligence, and products liability, as well as co-operative/condominium/homeowners’ associations. Prior to joining MMP&S, Gabrielle practiced in the areas of education, tax, labor, and employment law at a Westchester-based firm.

Gabrielle received her J.D. from New York Law School in 2021. Gabrielle was a clinical extern student with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office during her 3L year. Gabrielle graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from Seton Hall University in 2018.  She is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
