Emeka’s practice focuses primarily on defending healthcare and general liability/labor law claims, representing a myriad of healthcare professionals and facilities, corporations, construction companies, and individuals sued for personal injury. Before joining MMP&S, Emeka gained invaluable experience in healthcare and general liability defense through several positions and internships in his burgeoning career and honed his courtroom litigation skills through a number of small claims court cases and appearances at administrative law hearings.

Emeka Received his J.D. in 2019 from St. John’s University School of Law as a Ronald H. Brown Scholar, where he tailored his course of study to healthcare law, after graduating with a B.A. in Philosophy from the University at Albany, in 2016.

Emeka is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York.
