Elencia’s practice is focused on first-party property insurance defense. Before starting with MMP&S, she worked in first-party property litigation on behalf of plaintiffs. She began her career in civil litigation, working for the State of Florida. While there, she also worked as a registered mental health counselor, using her knowledge and experience as a therapist to further assist her clients.
She obtained her B.S. in Supervision Management at Palm Beach State College, her M.S. in counseling psychology at Palm Beach Atlantic University, and her J.D. at Appalachian School of Law.
