D. Bryan Hill, Jr.
Bryan’s practice is focused in the areas of construction defects, construction accidents, professional liability, insurance litigation, and insurance coverage. His construction defect and professional liability practice consists of defending claims brought against architects, engineers, surveyors, inspectors, and other professionals in the construction/engineering field. Bryan also has past experience with environmental regulatory compliance, employment discrimination, personal injury, premises liability, first party property claims, and bad faith claims. Bryan obtained his J.D. cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 2010, and his B.A. from Auburn University in 2003. Prior to law school, Bryan served four years as an Infantry officer in the 1st Infantry Division, including a 12-month overseas deployment as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
Bryan is admitted to practice in the Courts of the States of Florida and Maryland, as well as the three United States Districts in Florida.
